In May 2020, our company undertook the 120 m3/hour reclaimed water reuse project of Jinao Technology (Hubei) Chemical Co., Ltd., which was completed and successfully put into operation in October 2020. This project uses the wastewater from the end of the sewage treatment plant as the water source. The incoming water quality: conductivity: 3500-5000μS/cm, COD: 60-100mg/L. After double membrane treatment (ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis), the produced water quality reaches: conductivity ≤ 70μS /cm, COD≤0.3mg/L. The entire system is designed with an ultrafiltration water production rate of ≥95% and a reverse osmosis water production rate of ≥75%, with a final water production of ≥84m³/h.
